Shipping cost varies, it depends on your exact location and shipping option.
- WHY DIDN’T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Australia and Singapore).
Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster.
This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next.
So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Therefore, the partial shipment could be applied to customers’ order.
- WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We are providing international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver shipments to any military locations.
- HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship most of our orders oversea by ePacket.
This is the fastest, cheapest and most reliable shipping service we have found. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them.
After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country’s postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives in your country.
- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
The manufacturing, packing and shipping time will depend on your exact location.
However, it usually takes only 7-21 business days for shipping to the US and 14-32 business days for international shipping.
We are a small company, and we work hard everyday to ensure that we deliver the best possible products and services – we love our work and we love our customers. We hope you understand.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders.
The email will also guide you how to track your package with your carrier. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
You can track you item by copy and paste the tracking number displayed in the order page in the 17track.net website which is the most complete tracking platform available.
- WHEN WILL MY TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.
The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment center of your online shop.
- WHY IS MY SHIPMENT STATUS UNCHANGED?
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.
Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped
- WHY I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FEE FOR SHIPPING COMPANY FOR RECEIVING MY ORDER?
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it.
Depends on each shipping company’s policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address is in a remote area.
In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order.

All products are usually listed in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.

After you click on the “ADD TO CART” button above and then “CHECK OUT” you’ll be taken to a super secure SSL encrypted order area.
Then you’ll write in your email and shipping information.

- HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us by replying to this email or chat with us on Messenger within 24 hours after placing your order.
